How do I pick the right tier?+
Short-Form Machine (£399) is for creators pumping out Reels, TikToks and podcast clips — one active project, 3 minutes of raw footage per request. Growth Creator (£699) adds long-form (YouTube, podcast episodes up to 30 min raw) plus a hybrid queue so a long and a short can run side-by-side. Agency / Scale (£1,499) is for teams running three projects at once with up to 2 hours of raw footage per submission. If you are unsure, start on Growth — you can drop to Short-Form or jump to Agency any time.
What is the hybrid queue on the Growth tier?+
Most subscription editors make you pick either long-form or short-form, or pay for two separate subscriptions. The Growth tier lets you have one long-form video AND one short-form video being edited at the same time, on a single plan. When either finishes, the next one in your queue starts immediately.
How fast is the turnaround?+
Short-Form Machine and Agency tiers deliver a first draft within 24 working hours of brief submission (Agency gets priority placement in the queue). Growth tier delivers first drafts within 24–48 working hours, depending on the size of the long-form project. Revisions are typically same-day on every tier.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?+
Yes — any time, prorated. Move up when your output grows, drop down during a slow month. Changes take effect immediately from your billing page.
Do I get the source project files (.prproj / .ae)?+
Source files are included by default on the Agency / Scale tier. On Short-Form Machine and Growth Creator you can request them on a case-by-case basis at no extra cost — competitors usually charge £100–£200 for this, we do not.
Who actually does the editing?+
The Elevate Studio editing team — the same people behind elevatestudio.tv. You are not getting an offshore middleman. Agency tier customers get two dedicated editors on a private Slack or WhatsApp channel.
